Greg and Carrie are retired Information Technology professionals enjoying a rural life filled with creativity, exploring, serving and caring for our property.
Greg is our master winemaker. He is a procurer of wine grapes and all that goes into making gorgeous red wines that are noted for a robust, dry, fruit forward taste with a smooth mouth feel. When he's not making wine, he's tinkering, wrenching, repairing and caring for our eight acre property and buildings, all while being accompanied by two pups who are exceptional helpers catching pine cones, finding odd treasures and distributing sticks and toys throughout.
Carrie makes a little time for cooking, laundry, cleaning and such, but much prefers to be in her pottery and art studios, creating and watercolor painting. She leads women hiking, snowshoeing and kayaking groups and volunteers at the American Cancer Society Discovery store. While the pups "work" with Greg, Carrie engages them with disc dog training and competition, button communication training, stick throwing in the river, spoiling and couch cuddles, and regular baths after their adventures with Greg.
Both are extremely grateful for this time in our lives, and as our wine label says, "if we weren't us, we'd be jealous."
